We had a 10K generator installed at our house this summer. Over the last few days we have had four outages of our electric utility supply. The generator worked as advertised! It is a great feeling to have this kind of security provided by the generator.

Your people were always knowledgable, professional, timely, flexible, couteous and helpful. They were readily accesible and responses to any messages or emails were immediate. They did what they said, when they said they’d do it.
Some of your competitors, including one from Orillia and another affiliated with our propane supplier and another I was allowed to forget, had a customer service attitude that was almost completely opposite of that of Gravenhurst Plumbing & Heating. I’m glad that they made me go look for your company: your competition could be your biggest marketing tool.
As a result of the lack of interest I’d received from other firms, I dropped off a deposit cheque in person. I wanted to see that there was actually a company equal to that proclaimed by your website - and there is. There were people in your shop, on the phone or otherwise working, and everything was clean, organized, efficient.

Excellent service from “start-to-finish” that was led by Ryan. Initial Generac starter issue was promptly solved and all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Also rec’d a follow-up call from Ryan to suggest adding a usage timer to which I agreed based on his insites and knowledge.
I recommended a similar unit to a friend at the lake, and they equally received the same service commitments.
A welcomed ‘refreshing’ approach to customer service in todays business environment….keep it up!!
