One Generac Portable generator will be awarded from ballots entered at Gravenhurst Plumbing, Heating and Electric
The generator will be awarded based on a random draw of all entries received by July 10th at midnight. Contest closing date is July 10th. Draw date is Monday, July 20th 2009
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter this contest.
In the case of ballot entry contests; if ballot form is illegible, a new form will be drawn.
Ballots must be filled out by actual person entering to win contest. No substitutions.
If ballot was filled out by a third party, a new ballot will be drawn.
Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received. Number of ballots entered will be available July 20, 2009 by request only. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions or transferability permitted. Prize has no cash value. Any additional costs related to the prize or incurred as a result of accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Contest is open to Canadian residents only, excluding the employees, associates/agencies and members of the immediate families of Gravenhurst Plumbing, Heating and Electric.
No purchase is necessary. Any and all federal, provincial, and local laws apply to all contests.
Each winner will be required to produce identification in addition to being required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Participating Businesses’ prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.
Winner’s photo may be requested and may be used in conjunction with post campaign publicity.
All entries become the property of Gravenhurst Plumbing, Heating and Electric. and will not be returned nor shared with any other company.
Each participant agrees to release and indemnify Gravenhurst Plumbing, Heating and Electric., and its officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Contest.
